Papers
For talks and poster contributions, an abstract has to be submitted before the deadline 12th of April 2015.
Submitted contributions should fall into the scope of the meeting in order to be accepted.
Only contributions of registered participants will be included in the Book of Abstracts and the corresponding posters are admitted for presentation.

Posters
The maximum size of the posters is A1 (594 x 841 mm) due to the limited size of the panels.

Abstract format
The length of the abstract is limited to one A4 page, including figures and tables.
Participants should use the abstract template (Abstract Template.doc) to prepare their contribution.

Name your document in the following format:
XLIC-abstract-*Your Last Name*
Use the same name in the mail subject when submitting.
