REGISTRATION
To register, please contact the Meeting Office at xlic-wg2-2015@ipb.ac.rs. Note that the number of participants is limited.
The participation of a limited number of XLIC participants and speakers will be supported with the Action budget. Participants entitled for reimbursement should have been informally notified about their status.
By the end of March, all participants will receive an official invitation to the meeting confirming their eligibility status and highligting some of the COST rules for reimbursement which should be carefully examined before incurring any expense.

During the meeting the participants will be accommodated in the CePTOR congress center located in Fruska Gora (Serbia).
Prices:
- 240 € in a single room
- 210 € per person in a twin room
The prices are per person, including:
- transport (Airport-Hotel 27th, Hotel-Airport 30th) – several departures according to flight schedule
- accommodation 3 nights (check-in 27th, check out 30th)
- meals – full board (start dinner 27th / end lunch 30th) including the conference dinner on 29th
- coffee breaks
- conference excursion with wine degustation (on 29th)
- conference material (badge, notebook, pencil etc.) and the book of abstract
There are no additional registration fees to participate in the meeting. Any extra charges for mini-bar, telephone, room service, etc. must be settled with the hotel directly.
* All payments must be done through the Panacomp agency (see below details) in advance until 27th March 2015 !
After registering, all participants will receive a invoice with all the necessary details regarding payments. For any additional information about payments, please contact our technical organizer Panacomp.
